Marimekko, a Scandinavian design house, wanted to expand beyond fashion and textiles and tap into Asia-Pacific’s fast-growing consumer electronics lifestyle market, where design-led collaborations drive premium demand.

We collaborated directly with Samsung HQ in Korea—visiting twice to secure global alignment—and drove buy-in across regional entities in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia. To ensure success at retail, we trained sales and retail teams on positioning Marimekko as a design-forward lifestyle partner within Samsung Experience Stores and CE channels. The launch rapidly accelerated Marimekko’s presence across seven APAC markets (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia), delivering $ mid-six figures in the first quarter in sales within the first quarter and establishing a new lifestyle revenue stream.

adidas faced end-of-life accessory lines and needed a retail strategy to combat margin erosion, reinforce its premium positioning, and secure a national rollout that could sustain brand strength across major markets.

We secured a national rollout of adidas iPhone cases through Big W, one of Australia’s largest mass merchants, ensuring broad distribution and impactful shelf presence. To maximise visibility, branded FSDUs were placed across Big W’s estate, creating a premium in-store execution despite the EOL challenge. we worked closely with a leading Australian distribution partner to manage logistics, placement, and retail training, ensuring the brand message remained consistent. The initiative delivered close to $ mid six figures at launch, successfully clearing legacy inventory while reinforcing adidas’s reputation in the accessories category and strengthening its presence within a competitive mass retail channel.

Volkswagen, one of the world’s most recognizable automotive names, aimed to extend its heritage into lifestyle products, connecting with younger, design-conscious consumers and repositioning the brand as more than just cars.

We secured the opportunity with Volkswagen and worked directly with their team to develop a capsule range of Apple lifestyle accessories under the VW brand. From pitching the concept to managing design input, coordinating development, and creating sales tools, we supported the project end-to-end. The collection was positioned for premium retail and distributor outreach, establishing Volkswagen as a credible player in the lifestyle space. Beyond launch preparation, we drove conversations with partners to accelerate sell-in and ensure a scalable foundation. The initiative demonstrated Volkswagen’s ability to stretch its heritage into consumer electronics, opening a new revenue stream and reinforcing its relevance with core audiences.
